This Agreement applies to all current and future programs offered by the Company, including but not limited to:
Each program may include live sessions, recorded content, workbooks, worksheets, community access, and other resources. Specific program details are described at the point of enrollment.
Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
The Company and its representatives are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or mental health professionals. All program content is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional marriage counseling, therapy, or clinical mental health treatment. Participants experiencing a mental health crisis or requiring clinical support are encouraged to consult a licensed professional.
All content delivered through Company programs is for general educational purposes only. The Company does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Participants should consult their own qualified advisors before making any significant personal, financial, or legal decisions.
All program fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
The Marriage Blueprint Challenge: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason due to the live nature of the event and immediate access to program materials upon enrollment.
The Inner Circle & The Couples Coaching Program: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of the original purchase date and time. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered. Refunds are not available once program materials have been accessed or coaching sessions have commenced.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from a Participant's participation in any program or reliance on information provided. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reverence Restored, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the Participant's participation in any program or violation of this Agreement.
All program content — including videos, slides, workbooks, worksheets, frameworks, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Reverence Restored, LLC. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or creation of derivative works from any program content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Company.
Some programs involve group settings where other participants may share personal information. Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by other participants within program communities or group sessions and understands that such information may not be shared outside of the program environment.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Nebraska.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in any program following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to all programs offered by the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
By enrolling in any program offered by Kevin and Bree Marriage Coaching, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
